You’ll have access to the entire apartment and the building’s amenities, including a fitness center, swimming pool, sauna, and concierge service. Guests are also welcome to use the dedicated parking space (B3-13) located on Level B3 of Standpoint Tower B’s parking.

Standpoint Tower B enjoys a prime location within walking distance of some of Dubai’s most iconic landmarks, including the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Dubai Opera. There are many restaurants of different cuisines located right next to the apartment on Boulevard Promenade. For everyday essentials, two supermarkets are located just next door, where you can groceries 24/7.

If you require additional services or cleaning during your stay, please inform us, but this will add an extra fee of 100 AED for this service.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM, as cleaners will arrive to prepare the apartment for the next guests.

If the check-out is delayed, a 150 AED fee will apply from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

To avoid extra charges, we recommend confirming any extensions ahead.

Please ensure that the access cards are returned to the key box at check-out.

Lost or damaged cards will result in a replacement fee of 500 AED per card.
